Q: How do I log in?
An email was sent with your log-in information to include your user ID and
temporary password. You will be prompted to reset your password upon initial
log-in. If you still have difficulty
logging in, email: training@theprinciplechoice.com.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on “forgot your password?”
and follow the steps to reset your password. Enter your user ID or your full
PCS email and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. If you still have difficulty resetting your password,
email training@theprinciplechoice.com.
Q: How do I register for a course?
After logging in, click on
the COURSE CATALOG on the right menu. Courses can be filtered by course CATEGORIES
on the right menu. Click on the name of a course to preview the course summary, then click
on “Get this course” to enroll in the class. Your new class will appear on the dashboard. To return to the dashboard at anytime, click the logo in the upper left corner.
Q: When can I take a course?
Courses are available 24/7 on
both work and personal PCs via a web browser. We encourage you to take advantage
of these courses on personal time; however, PCS allows associates with direct
manager approval to apply one hour per pay period to professional
development. Please coordinate with your manager to determine the best time to
take a course during duty hours that will minimally impact production.
Q: How many courses can I take?
There is no limit to the
number of courses that you may complete. Please remember that any mandatory
compliance courses assigned by your organization must take precedence over
professional development courses.
Q: When do I take assigned annual compliance courses?
As annual compliance courses, such as cybersecurity and
workplace harassment, are added to the STRIVE Learning Center, please coordinate
with your manager a time to best complete these required training courses.
These will usually occur on your anniversary month of hire.
